The bottom one (1st one) looks like it could be the Schloss Bridge over the Spree river at Charlottenburg.

Here a picture of the Berlin Schlossbrücke today:

I don't think that this is the Schlossbrücke. On the old pic are no arches.

Gerdan I posted that it was the Schloss Bridge at Charlottenburg you have shown a link to the Berlin Schloss Bridge. They are not the same. Could you show a link to the one at Charlottenburg.

Thanks Gerdan that's the one I was thinking of. By the 1940's this bridge had changed a lot from the 1903 postcard. I came across a photo in Tony le Tissier's book "Berlin battlefield guide" which shows a bridge which might be this one.

Sorry I can't post the picture from the book I don't actually own it. I was just passing a shop yesterday and had a look at it and thought it looked like your picture. But this morning I came across this one

                        http://www.flickr.com/photos/stormmaster13/

So have a look at it. In case the link doesn't work check

www.heimatsammlung.de and look for charlottenburg and schlossbrücke
