EK2 Doc Help needed

Good day Guys
I found this framed EK2 award document for sale locally. It has Rommels facimile signature. Can anyone please assist as to whether it is a geniune item-it looks ok to my untrained eye. Any help will be appreciated

You might need to ask the Afrikakorps guys for more comfirmation but I don't think Infantery Rgt 61 served in Afrika...

Looks like an nice original of a soldier of the Italian 61th regiment which was part of the Trento division.
