got this Koenigstiger picture today...

Can someone identify the truck on the right side,
i think it isn`t a german truck!?

The tank looks nearly new!!

The truck reminds me to a Soviet truck...can't come up with the name now

the photo has a post war feel about it.... not fake, just a photo taken after the war of a captured King Tiger.
just odd not seeing the balkenkreuz etc....

I don`t think so, because there was a second pic for sale,
and there were 2 Wehrmacht-Panzermänner in front of the TigerII
with Porsche-Turm.

The truck is a Scammel 6x4 Wrecker of the british Army.

Someone thinks it is the area of theKraftfahrversuchsstelle Kummersdorf,
because the buildings are identic with Kummersdorf!!

Note that a 'ladder' seems to be in nearly every photo!



There seem to be 2 types on building. On where the small top windows have 3 panes of glass and the other where there are only 2 panes.
The KT is in a '2' pane' area.

I got many infos, it is indeed Kummersdorf...

Got a nice picture of a brand new TigerII
which was tested in Kummersdorf!!

The picture i enclosed, should be the same TigerII...
