I´m looking for help to identify an Stamp of a ek1 document and a signature of another Document.

The signature on the EK citation belongs to Erich Heinrich Clößner who was Commanding Officer of 25th Infantry-Division from 15 Oct 1939 to 25 Jan 1942.

It's a long shot but it might be "Abel" or "Apel". The book "Das Deutsche Heer 1939" lists all the officers in Inf.Rgt.119 in January 1939 and none of the 6. Kompanie officers look like they match the signature, but there are two Leutnants with names that bear a resemblance: Lt. Adalbert Apel from 8./IR119 and Leutnant Kurt Abel from 11./IR119.
