Unknown Knight Cross winner

Do anyone know who this KC winner in the middle of the photo is? The photo is in an album from a soldier from IR 340. Probably taken in 1941. Probably in the Northern parts of Norway.

Again you are correct !

I stand corrected !

The awards does indeed match better than Neumann.

He had a doctors degree in political science, and i believe he was awarded the Maria Theresa order.

He was awarded the Knights Cross 4th November 1941 as Oberst and commander of Infanterie-Regiment 405.

This photo is obviously taken in the summer/spring. Which means it was not taken in 1941.

I recon this case is closed.

I have to look through other sources to find out when it was captured. Summer 1941 is out of question.

I recognise some of the faces on the photo - but Idon't know their name. Some of them are found in photos from the stab of 196. ID
