Goebbels building help please

I am trying to identify this building. Any help. Any ideas as to the second word after the Goeebbles? Could it be heimstätte ?

The statue looks to be Horst Wessel and therefore the location might be Bielefeld.

Gerdan,
Although I identified the statue as the Horst Wessel statue and possible location as Bielefeld, I have doubts that it is the famous statue in Bielefeld. Compare the building behind....different windows and architecture. I have an excellent photo of the famous statue and the building behind is nothing like the one in the first photo here posted by andya. Interesting.......

This does not appear to be the site of the famous Horst Wessel statue in Bielefeld, unless it is a late war or post-war photo and the original buildings behind have been destroyed.
