        Dieter, Those are great photos, love the first showing an RKT observer from a Recon unit! Are there any dates or info on the photos? First photo may be able to be ID'd due to the fact that few Recon pilots won the RK let alone the observer of the AC!!! I love the obvious difference in the Pips on his boards!
        Best of luck in your search and if anything on the reverse of the photos please post it!!

          For your second photo, my first thought was WWI ace, Condor Legion and WWII Bomber Pilot Otto Hoehne? I am however not sure now and look forward to a member pinning a name to the Vet as well as the Observer in the first photo!
