SHOT! You don't have to do much thinking over this. If they were partisans after all. But, that doesn't matter to this SS men. Many people were murdered in the East (Russia, Poland, etc). I assume this picture was taken in Russia or Poland? It was very convenient to shot or hang so called partisans.

There is some written information on the back of the photo.
"Rußland... Par....."
The writting is in pencil, very faded and although the word 'Russia' is relatively clear the rest is very faint and hard to decipher.
