Then & Now : Palace "Albanija", Belgrade, Serbia

I found on the flea market this photo, but I could not identify the place.
Since we can see on the photo Cyrillic inscription on the buildings, I thought it might be probably Belgrade. And bingo ! - via Google I managed to identify the high-rise building on the picture - it's a
palace "Albanija" in Belgrade.
Now I created few comparison photos - I used my original photo and pictures which I found on Google :

And -
in place of the palace "Albanija" was once a old Coffee house "Ochrana" - see second photo above right. Very interesting is the inscription under the photo - Das Ochrana - Kaffeehaus in Belgrad, in welchem die Mörder des österreichischen Thronfolgers ihre Pläne schmiedeten / "Ochrana" Coffee house in Belgrade, in which forged the murderer of the Austrian throne descendant their plans !

The second photo shows very interesting original proposal for the future first high-rises building in Serbia, which were not realized.
