I would like ask to you that what do you think, who signatured is it document? And I can not find any informations about this Wehrkreiskommando XI. If I well see this stamp.

Looks like a wound EKII as these were often awarded by a wehrkreis.

It's hard to determine when he was wounded as these docs could be awarded quite a bit of time later. But, GR 713 was attached to 416 ID under Army Group G. So your guy could have very well been wounded while fighting the Western Allies.
