Sorry guys, but no info. was associated with this photo (it was a "one off" purchase)....was it taken at administrative post in the TK Division ??? I don't think it is KL related due to that poster that everyone seems to love (!!!) along with the white piping on the Visor (although white piping was common to those assigned to a KL)...
