Truppenteil Translation please

Hello all:

First post on the forum. Hope you can help.
I'm cataloguing my militaria and have two documents (wound badge in black and Winterschlacht) to an "Obsold. Heinrich Segref" of the "2.Komp.Bau-Batl.80"or the "Bau-komp.-2/80" (depending on the document!)
Could anyone enlighten me as to Herr Segref's rank and unit?
