The one to the left looks like Lothar Rendulic.

I agree it looks very much like Rendulic. Both the officer on the left in front ( from our vantage point ) and the officer immediately blocked by Rendulic's right ( from his vantage point ) shoulder board had edelweiss gebirgstruppe emblem. The unidentified general also seemed to have the edelwiess cap badge. Plus with Rendulic having gotten the oakleaves seem to point towards this being taken when he was commanding the 20 Gebirg Armee ( June 44 to Jan 45 ). Looking from the scenery, it could be summer in Norway.

But I still have no clue who the RKT general was.
