Can anyone confirm this badge ?

Hi - I am wondering can anyone confirm this badge/medal/ribbon setup ?

It looks like a kvd with swords on the ribbon bar along with possibly some Police Service Medals, the badge below the tunic button appears to be a Wound badge in black but what is that beneath it again ?

This is a cool photo. Is there any way that you could scan only the badge area on 600 resolution for us? I think you could be correct about the wound badge, but it almost looks like an SA sports badge kinda twisted a bit on the tunic. I would like to see the bottom badge closer if possible. Too bad it wasnt a clearer pic, huh? haha the bottom one almost looks like one of those "cut out" PABs doesnt it? (not saying it is by any means, just stating an observation)

I think the photo might have been taken in Latvia if that helps, also I had thought of an odd shaped Panzer badge but for a police man this seemed unusual. Also it looks a little different imo.

That is a good idea, I had a look at some online samples but could not find one to match.

man, this is a tough one. I agree he is old enough, because the wound badge looks ww1 type. Ive looked thru tons of Imperial, Colonial, thrid reich, marksmanship, police, and state service badges and STILL cannot find anything to match it. I hope someone can come up with something. haha My thought is it could be some sort of state or local service badge??
