There was a Brigadeführer Hans Jüttner. But I am not sure if this is his signature.

Yes, the above Juettner is on a document for the War Service Cross dated Berlin 20 July 1944. It's an interesting date because Himmler appointed Juettner as his permanent deputy as head of army procurement and reserve army on the day of the Stauffenberg plot. He replaced General Fromm who had been implicated in the plot.
