Where is located this monument ?

I am presently doing some research on a documents grouping I aquired not so long ago and I was asking myself: Where is this monument that the soldier is standing in front of ? It could be nice to know where it is located and I would probably pass by there in a future trip to Europe to take a picture next to it !

that's the Arc de Triomphe.

the names on the support and their order in the photo prove this:

Almeda
Tortose
Gebora
Badajoz
Tarragone
Sagonte
Valence

in addition (although the names are proof enough), the corner of the building in the background is truncated as are the corners of
all the buildings occupying the "corners" between the streets radiating outwards from that monument.

in the foreground is this detail as well which shows they are posing under the Arc de Triomphe and not next to it:
