    Nice POSTSCHUTZ Portrait

    Hi all,

    just wanted to show this Portrait that walked in recently. I think its quite a good shot and very crisp in real.
    What do you all think ?

    IMHO is the man not Postschutz member, but RMBO official (Reichsministerium für die besetzten Ostgebiete or Ostministerium/ RMO), wearing non-regular Postschutz buckle.

      Thanks for that info and the nice comparision pic, looks identical. By the way, what kind of buttons did they wear on the tunic. I noticed there is some kind of eagle symbol on both of the pics.

        The hat is actually for Einsatzstab Rosenberg, and appears to be an officer-quality example with bullion insignia, with a chinstrap attached.
        This is how the hat looks in color:

          Maybe standard German diplomatic buttons ?

              On the photo is clear visible, that the ERR (Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg) members had different form of collar tabs (pentagonal) as RMBO members(quadrangular).

                  Thanks for the additional fotos. Quite interesting. As for the buttons, yes they are the diplomatic type.
