Yes.... it is.... but don't rule it out.

Here are some blurry spots or edge and etc. that are sometimes to be found on photographs.

101combatvet, to reply. I am not an expert and therefor I do not call myself one. I am trying only to share my experience with photographs. I also make mistakes sometimes, which is good because I then learn from it. It can be I make a wrong judgement on a photo and I hope that someone then corrects me and tells me why, so I learn from it. Photofakers are getting very smarter and have more money to buy old paper/machines/stamps etcetera and it is getting very difficult. Luckily many of them aren't that far and most of them are still very easy to be spotted. The only problem I have is my English and therefor I have sometimes problems translating words and the thing I mean can be different sometimes than I want to say.

For me, as being a starter all help is welcome to learn as much as possible. So this thread and posts/comments/feedback from the more experienced collectors is very helpful because this is probably the best way to learn my way through this dangerous minefield which is collecting TR militaria. So thanks a lot HouweTrouwe

You are joking? You see embossed stamp of the atelier on small size photos? Could you show some?

To recieve a good reliable answer you will have to give us a complete good scan of the front (and possible reverse). I cannot base an opinion on this picture. It could be edited with the PC also it is bad quality scan.

What kind of resolution and size do you need?

A scan which reveals this complete photograph and atleast scanned at 300 DPI. Size as long it does fit the WAF system it is ok. 600 x 800 is min. to be good if possible .
