SS-Untersturmführer Josef Neuer is not listed in J.P. Moore´s "Führerliste der W-SS"

Why do you think so?

Were those pages typed at the same day? Or was there a period between them?

I'm asking this because I'm finding it quite strange that on page 2 his last rank (Letzter Dienstgrad) is being noted as SS-Obersturmführer, to which he was being promoted on the 6th of December 1943.

However, why is his rank on the top of the first page then noted as SS-Untersturmführer? Because at the time that the documents were made, in February 1944, he wasn't a SS-Untersturmführer anymore for 3 months, and they did know that he was being promoted.

Am I just overlooking something?
