    Info about this picture paper

    I would tahnk any info about this gift from a friend....this a picture where we can see at hitler with getting out from an U-boat,on the reverse is written a german text...

    i need a bit traslation and what this picture paper with text on reverse used for?

    i was said this picture paper were given with tobacco and there was a collection of them.....but i dont know

    Im not exactly positive what the question is, but these are sammelwerk photos or cards. A large majority of them show Hitler. from what I know, they used Heinrich Hoffmans images to create these cards. Pretty much just another small propaganda scheme. these were used as trading cards often or as hobbies for younger germans of the time. Many people tried to collect the whole series and add them to the cigarrette card albums. Unfortunately the monetary value of these cards is very low. I have seen them sold from as little as $2 each, but often slightly more, unless you have the whole album/series. They range from images of SA members, Hitler Youth, or to just Hitler himself.
