Lw gnl/gauleiter hans schemm

this pic came with a small lot of original postcard pix showing lw general and onetime gauleiter hans schemm presiding over a swearing-in at an air force barracks. must be sometime in 1935 b/c he was killed in a place crash that year and I don't think the uniforms and insignia are any earlier.

this picture is from 1939 looks like? gerdan please translate. I think this may have to do with setting up a commemorative hitler youth unit in schemm's name. sound about right?

that's b/c if the pic is from 1939, as I believe, schemm is dead, per my original post. here's a pic of schemm as gauleiter and possibly as LW gnl. in the foto series I mentioned, OR if this isn't he, anyone recognize this fellow?

and I still need a translation on the orig. pic of the men in civilian clothes. thanks

Gebietsführer are leaders/guides in the mountains, they are in a certain way montain guides.

by the way how rare are fotos of lw gorgets in wear? few and far between in my experience...
