SS officer Dr Helmut Keipper + ex-libris

I found in my collection those 4 pictures with an ex-libris from Helmut Keipper. There is nothing written on the back of the pictures, but I like to know if this is Dr. Helmut Keipper. The ex-libris was with the pictures therefore I think it is him.

The ex-libris is made by Friedrich TEUBEL, a famous artist of ex-libris. The ex-libris is also very nice.

I think I have a disappointment as well a surprise for you:
- the disappointment: the photos do not show an Oberführer/Stubaf. Keippler
- the surprise: the photos show Oberführer/Stubaf. Joseph Fitzthum (during June/July 1942 Cdr of Legion Flandern)

Was there a Helmut Keipper ? I cannot locate him in the DAL's ?

That would be great news.. I have pictures of Fitztum in my collection... so this is the same man..?

Yes Luc, it's absolutely the same man.
An Oberf/Stub Keipper is not recorded anywhere.
