handmade picture Geb. Füs. Bat. 34

Hi guys,

My hungarian collector friend purchased this picture with frame in a militaria market two weeks ago. What do you think, it's an orig. or a postwar picture.

Interesting. There was a Füsilier Btl.34 (belonged to the 34 Inf.Div.) but it wasn't a gebirgs unit. However, the division did fight in the area of the French\Italian border during the winter of 44\45, the area of the maritime alps and they will have had to contend with fighting in mountainous areas, so maybe, this isn't far fetched. The 4th company was also the heavy company, so again correct for MG even thought the terminology is wrong.
