Help! 1939 Jubilaeumsausgage Mein Kampf

]Hi guys!
I have a copy of Hitlers 1939 edition of Mein Kampf signed by an SS officer. I was wondering if anyone could tell me his name. I can make out SS Obersturmbannfuehrer Friedrich...but not the last name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
