Dich ruft die SS booklet

I bought bigger set of german books,booklets,magazines and there was interesting booklet in the set: Dich ruft die SS.

Are these booklets rare? If so,what is reasonable price for it if i add it to estand? Booklet have small damage hole on front cover,rest of it is in good condition.
