General (Wehrmacht) identification please?

Hi again out there!
Can anybody help identify the general in the two photographs please. Looks a bit like Guderian but it isn't him.
Any ideas??

Is that a KVK II ribbon in his second buttonhole? Must be with the EKII visible on the Spange. Certainly a pencil pusher....
