Yes, Major Georg Einhoff, RK 06.06.1943 as Pberleutnant and Chief 8.(MG)/GrenRgt. 366.

Einhoff was born in 1914 and KIA 18.02.1945 in Lettland.

That is a well know photo of him (I had 3 of this ones when I collected Portraits). Today I would say these are Reproductions or maybe Propaganda photos. The Photo is part of a group of photos and I saw these groups several times now.
