Some after war citations

i get a group from a sanitäts obergefreiter he received the IC2 cl. and the WB in silver at August 1945. I have doubt are the citations are orginal. The lazarett (?) is was in Kreuzberg. I only find Kreuzberg in Berlin.

perhaps someone can help me about this. In this lot was the Soldbook and the wehrpass.

The left document should be signe by Generalarzt Dr. Wilhelm Hammer (* 3.1.1887 Neumünster + 4.11.1964 Neumünster

I´ve seen a few after war award documents, but they were all from the german forces in Norway. I´ve never seen an award document handed out 3 month after the war in Germany.
