My opinion
No idea if it's real, but that'd be the worst Eagle on the stamp I've ever seen. It seems like every other document stamp I've seen has at least details to the wings, if not the rest of the bird.
HankUnless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Thanks for your opinion. The paper is extremely porous which might explain as to why there is loss of detail to the wings. The ink may have been fully absorbed. Also, notice that the serial number on the front has bled through to the back.
