Pic 1 - Great shot, nice cufftitle and IMO the wall behind him is amazing. Who/what is he?

Pic 2 - Not sure who these guys are, some nice badges, armband and great pic of the guys holding the horses. Again who/what are they?

Great polizei photos! The police officer in the first photo is wearing the Motorized Gendarmerie cuff band! In regard to the armband worn in the 2nd Pic, just run a search on State Service Armband and you will find some more info.
