Greetings Gents,

Just picked this period picture up today of an unknown RK winner. Would love to know if there is any way to identify him, and how I would go about doing so.

Has a very faint red ink stamp on the back that I'm having a hard time seeing until I find my magnifying glass. Sorry about that.
