Does anybody know who the signing General on the Iron Cross document is

Yallnick or Gallnick
And any information about the signing Oberst on the document Ost-Medaille

The Generalmajor is Hans Gollnick, see http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/...nen/36ID-R.htm.

In my mind the 36th is more bound to a name Alexander Conrady who is the author of three-volume divisional history - he was the last commander of the division. He signed your Ostmedaille document as the Regiment commander of 118th.
