    Christmas greeting 1937 h.himmler

For some time now I have this card in my collection. I'm deciding whether to sell
because I do not collect paper items
. I would give to your opinion. Thank you all.

This are not Christmas greetings. Himmer thanks Gunter von Alquen (Gunter d'Alquen) for his birthday greetings 1937

And this is the guy to whom Himmler wrote the card:

Is it original? The writing looks kind of shaky to me, but I'm miles away from being any kind of authority.

As I bought "original" many years ago. I do not know who could authenticate the signature, but does not seem false. Work seems too fake. Not talking about a typewriter. You have to do a job printing, rubber stamps, etc.. I think if you had done as a fake would be more like this, not just one. I know no other. The material of the card is like cardboard-parchment. Ink (fountain pen seems) has the appearance of having infiltrated between the fibers, making the lines less than perfect. A few drops (water?) Have blurred some some small strokes. I can not say anything else.
Can anyone tell me an approximate market value? I know full and, as already indicated, I will put on sale. I do not want to ask an exaggerated price.

There's a good many people here who should be able to.

1 Himmler signature fake would bring enough to make it worthwile, probably. Even if "they" (the fakers) only made 5 that are in various collections, it'd be worth the little bit of work it would take to make something like this.

              That's what I noticed too.

All told, it probably is real. I don't know. I'm just trying to help you get some more input on it, and giving my thoughts on it. I wish you all the best.

Have you tried checking some of the other online dealers for Himmler signatures? There's probably at least a couple of others out there on dealer sites.

why would he stamp a personal message he had signed--guilding the lily?--definately a very shaky signature

I agree with nich-j. It is really unusual to stamp such a personal acknowledgement with an official Reichsführer-SS stamp (official seal).

I do not see the problem. If the stamp is false, yes. In fact we do not know if those cards were stamped or not, and in 1937. What I would like to know if the signature is authentic or not. I've compared it with other and it seems correct. Only in the final, going to put the point, it seems that he slipped the pen and made a vertical line. It's the only difference I can see. Then there is the writing on the left side (the translation would be grateful if anyone can understand), which also coincides with his writing style ...
                    I appreciate any help.

What's needed is some comparison signatures of the same timeframe. That would help a lot - and are probably difficult to find too.

Also better photographs are needed in my opinion. For an item with a €500 price tag that is not too much to ask.
