Nice Artful Document

Ok to start if this is a total new guy question I apologize in advance.

I recently came across a framed document that I had never seen the likes of before (mind you I am a new guy so that doesn't matter much). So I bought it from my favorite California militaria dealer - nut farmer.

Since then I started searching for others but all I found was another version with different art work in a wonderful thread called "Utter chaos" by PzV.

How many different versions of this document are there?

What's the official name of the document?

Anyway here's the pic...

These were pre-war certificate presented upon completion of compulsory duty. I know there's about 3 different "standard ones, this being one for the army.

They're not particularly rare, but they are nice additions to any paper collection.
