Hilter photo opinions please

Hi just came across this Hilter photo with other high German officials. It is in a old hand 7 3/4 by 5 1/4 made wooden frame. Looks like it was hung on a wall. The picture measures 6 1/2 by 4 3/8 inches. On the back is the number 2311. It has no folds or bends.

Is this a mass produced or individual photo? Has anyone seen one like this previously? What value would be associated with the photo?

Some sort of special party event as Himmler is wearing his blood order.

I also see Hess in there so the pic is pre 42.

Would the SS officer to the left of Himmler possibly be Bruno Goetsche? Pardon my spelling...

Does anybody recognize any other high ranking officials in the photo with Hitler besides Hess and Himmler?

Bormann and Goebbels may be correct....but Skorzeny was a wild guess

Might have been taken at the 15th aniversary celebration for the Putsch in 1938? Not seen this photo before anywhere. Cheers, Torsten.

it looks like the audience is saluting the flag and so it may well be the Blutfahne. Cheers, Torsten.
