Kreuzer Leipzig Post Card translation help

Good day Gentlemen

Here is a post card of the Kreuzer Leipzig. On the back is a post card from Wolf to an Oberleutnant.

I'd like to know what the card says. Can anyone help?

I love the post mark.

Is there any value for such items? It's off the the e-stand.

It seems that Wolf is member of the Leipzig. He sents best regards to U-Boat Oberleutnant (ing.) Gerd Suhren in Wilhelmshaven for the New Year 1939. He has to do service ("Dauerwache") on the ship during Xmas and New Year. They are in the dock (Werft) with the ship.
