Who can tell me above who's autographs these are?I think the above one from Montel...

I agree and I also read it "Montel" but I have no signature of him to compare with.

I read Mauhl or Mouhl. I am pretty sure about the last three letters if I just go by the letters themselves. On the other hand SS-Obersturmbannfuehrer Wilhelm Montel was the head of the Germanische Leitstelle in The Hague.

I miss the arch/bow on top of the letter "u". So I cannot identify the third letter as an "u"

but as a the letter "n".
