Forstschutzkommando? Question 3

It appears that this "civilian guide" is wearing an armband that might say "Deutsches Forstschutz". Has anyone seen one of these before?

It appears the seated man is holding a Soviet sub-machinegun? What is his rank? The other man is holding a rifle that looks like it might have a sniper scope mounted on it, or am I seeing things? Also, what is his rank?

I am not seeing the sniper scope on the rifle though - do you have a close up of that ? Very interesting photos - thanks for posting.
