Unknown BW General

Hello,

I have a photo album of the post-war DJH (Deutsche Jugendherberge) from 1959 which also shows a photo of a Bundeswehr General.
Unfortunately I do not know who the General is, is there someone who is able to identify him? Due to his ribbon bar I think that he was allready highly awarded during the Second World War.
