A couple of photo's picked up in Berlin

Hi Guy's,
First time on this section. Just spent five days in Berlin and bought these two pictures at a local market.
The first one interested me because he has what looks like wehrmacht uniform but with naval buttons (pardon my ignorance, uniforms not my bag). I bought the other one because he looked so care free and with some great details on his uniform

Any feedback about the uniform with the naval buttons would be welcome.

Re your first pic - I posted a similair one recently here :

& found out he was Kriegsmarine (going by shoulder tab and 'anchor' buttons).
