Just picked up this photo at a local gun show this weekend. Can anyone identify who this Luftwaffe officer (is he a General?) is???

"Oberstleutnant und Kommandeur der Fliegerersatzabteilung 13, Kommandant des Fliegerhorstes Weimar-Nohra" His surname is: "Stapelberg"

Great photo, Andrew. Yeah, I kind of knew mine was not wartime, but I liked the photo anyways. Believe me, I didn't pay much.
