It is russian, but too illegible for me

The award on the left is a Red Banner Order.
And the award on the right might be an medal for defend Leningrad (or other defend medal, but probaly Leningrad).

It seems to me that station name was misspelled hardly.

                Thanks again guys

Oke so the (station)town name is misspelled.
Does Loshuvarova sound like a specific country?
                Like Polish, Russian or Ukraine?

I would say like Romanian/Hungarian. But this is just my impression, to me it does not sound like Russian.

Scan of this medal in 1200 DPI could answer this question.

Rick! Your scan is just 72 DPI. check your scan settings - I guess 1200 option is there, you need no super scanner to achieve this resolution, just medium/home class one.

Look at this photo of SA band and note the drummer on the right highlighted by red circle. Actual size of tis image is 13 x 8 cm and it was scanned at 1200, now take a look at the result ... You can clearly read SA-Standart number on his collar patch and see every detail of him.

My guess would be the Defense Of Leningrad medal, or Stalingrad. The medal looks more the former while the ribbon the latter.
You could post the image in the Communist Bloc forum (shameless plug) for other opinions.
                            Thanks,
