I´received this Ek2 Award document like a present and I want to know if it´s original or a fake. Opinions, please?

And if it´s possible, can you identify the signature?

According to Die Generale Des Heeres & The Wehrmacht At War the Commanding Officer of 254 Infantry Division at this time was Generalleutnant Walter Behschnitt but I don't have an example of his signature to compare.
