Help with a POW camp in germany

Could somebody of you locate this camp? Could it be the russian camp in Zeithain or Mühlberg?

It could be Männer Stammlager 304 Zeithain, Kreis Meißen

I found this in wiki:

Vor und im 2. Weltkrieg gab es den Truppenübungsplatz und die Heeresmunitionsanstalt in Zeithain. Ab Mitte 1941 wurde in Zeithain das Kriegsgefangenen-Mannschaftsstammlager Stalag 304 (IV H) Zeithain als ein Zweiglager des Stalag IV B Mühlberg von der Wehrmacht betrieben
