I picked this up this morning at the flea market and it is a soldier who was first in a group outfitted with Pz Kpfw. 38T and later Stug. There were some very nice photos of his brother in the Kriegsmarine but that is not my area of interest.

Excellent photos! Of particular interest to me are of the shots of the first type HBT wraps without the large front pocket and without collar tabs but with the type of rank insignia intended for camo garments. Thanks for posting.Comment

Great photos esp with the HJ award in wear. Very nice
so he would have originally been awarded the PAB in silver, however once he was with the Stugs does that mean he would have qualified for the GAB?
I am still trying to understand these little nuances
