What do you make of this picture?

Measures 9.5 x 6.5cm and feels good. Is it just a developing error? or a pile of rubbish?
any thoughts?

This happens many times, bringing up great images like yours. After 1st foto taken, the film-roll does not moved on, and the same area of the roll was used for the next taken foto.

A double exposure. As noted back before digital photography you could mistakenly, or intentionally advance the next frame in your roll of film to create a double image.

Ah now you've made me nostalgic for the 35mm film days
