But to me the man of the right looks like Robert Ley. You can almost smell the Kölsch on his breath.

And who else thinks this is him. To me its a bit of a rash call going by the angle of the photo.

Also which dood do you think he is? Is it the one wearing the armband or the chap to the left of the man in the leather coat.

Robert Ley is the one on the left wearing the leather overcoat.
Pic probably dates from the Spring of 1939, given that Ley is wearing the final pattern insignia on this visor, and the other PL's are wearing the Form 3 insignia.

To me, it looks like he's shaking hands with the guy wearing the armband. See his right thumb in the photo.
