The opening is;
Ninove, the 18th of june 1940.

And as far as I can work out, Ninove is a village just west of Brussels.

Then it ends with the rank of, I suppose, the person who wrote this; Feldwebel. The name looks like ' hauselzild ' , but that's not a real common name

It is a receipt für 15 spades für the POW Camp Ninove.
