Yesterday I got a document for a Schlachtflieger clasp.

Who is the signing officer (group leader of IV.Gruppe/Schlachtgeschwader 9)

Signed by a Hauptman.
(M.d.W.d.G.b. = Mit der Wahrnehmung der Geschäfte beauftragt.)
This means, that it is not the originial XO of the group. (IV.Gruppe)

I do think that the signature matches the name 'Hanschke' quite well. But I cannot confirm 100% either. Regardless, you found yourself a very beautiful document

The same signature can be seen on the document below (also described as signed by Hanschke).
