What level were EK docs signed at?

I bet Proreges doc is an assault badge or wound badge.... but EKs were usually not awarded at a level where this rank would sign the doc.

Chris, you are right....IC docs to the Danes in Rgt "Danmark" were signed by the Divisional Commander of Div "Nordland".

Whereas WW1 EK docs are signed by anyone who could write...WW2 docs are usually at Divisional or equiv level.

Send it back....get a refund.... spend the money on beer.
